You gotta run more than your mouth to escape the treadmill of Mediocrity.

🔵 1st step, Motivation determines what you do.
🔵 2nd Step, Mindset set of Attitude how well you view & do it.
🔵 3rd Step, Ability is what you’re capable of doing.

If you don’t design your own life plan, chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan.

In order to achieve your goals, your mindset needs to match your aspirations.

🟢 Determine the mindset you need

Pick a goal you want to achieve and ask yourself: “Which mindset do I need to achieve this goal?” and “Which mindset do people have that were successful at this goal?”.

🟢 Create new habits to support your mindset

Integrate powerful habits into your day — reinforce your thinking with action.
eg: growth mindset: schedule time for learning and start noting down your learnings and achievements every day.

🟢 Test yourself

“What situations can I put myself in that will require me to operate on a higher mindset?”. Basically, the idea is to engineer your environment to train your brain!

🟢 Build your Knowledge
